Time: 7:00 AM Event Location & Address: Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge - Parking Lot Hosting Organization: Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge Event Description: 2 Members of the OH and S Committee will be patrolling the parking lot entrance/exit at our site from 0700 - 0800 hrs to see if staff are wearing their seat belts, if they are they will receive a voucher for a free meal at from the site cafeteria. Information pamphlets on seat belt safety will be handed out to staff. The committee members will be wearing safety while doing the seat belt checks. Time: 07:00 PM Event Location & Address: Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge Hosting Organization: Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge Event Description: Members of the OH and S Committee will be patrolling the parking lot from 0700-0800 hrs, to see if staff are wearing their seatbelts upon coming and leaving work. Those wearing their seatbelts will receive a free meal ticket from the site. Information pamphlets on seatbelt safety will be handed out to staff, the committee members patrolling the parking lot will be wearing colored safety vests to ensure their safety as well. This company has drastically reduced the back injury problem in every company they have educated. The Save A Back program presentation will be significantly different; it will educate you on how to prevent back injuries, get rid of those “achy backs” and how to deal with serious back injury – the program is meant to help make a difference for you, your family and your organization.
