All our employees have received a fluorescent lime green ribbon to hang from their car's antennas with the text: Valley Traffic Systems -Stay Safe-. Stay Safe is what Terry the deceased used to say every morning to his fellow co-workers and crew. The green ribbon is a reminder to all that he will be missed and that safety is always a priority.
